WS company is a leading and internationally advanced energy metering and energy efficiency management service provider.With efficient and reasonable comprehensive energy solutions,it provides services for the development of the power and energy supply industry,residential users and industry and commerce,continuously explores and innovates,and actively seeks steady development in the direction of smart city and smart home.At present,the business scope basically covers all provinces and cities in the country,the number of countries and regions exported in the world is more than 40,with more than 70 countries and regions to build a good business relationship.As a large enterprise,WS company has a wide range of raw materials and a high degree of dependence on suppliers.In order to maintain its leading position in the industry,we must improve its supplier management level.However,how to improve the management level of suppliers scientifically and reasonably,or to judge which aspects can help enterprises improve the management level of suppliers based on what,has been the concern of enterprises and countries.This paper takes WS company as the research object,analyzes its supplier management situation,in order to improve its supplier management level.First of all,based on the detailed investigation and analysis of the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper expounds the relevant concepts of supplier management in detail;then,combined with the current situation of supplier management of WS company,it analyzes the existing problems of WS company;then,it improves the index system and method via fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to describe how to quantify the selection and evaluation of suppliers from two aspects of supplier selection and evaluation;finally,according to the analysis results,it puts forward supplier management reasonable suggestions,so as to improve and strengthen the level of WS company supplier management.The research work of this paper not only solves the problem of suppliers selection and evaluation for WS company,but also has a positive role in further improving the competitiveness of WS company.At the same time,it has a certain academic value for the application and practice of supplier management.
