Study On The Development Strategy Of Base Farm Of Tuanbowa In The DG Oilfield Company

The paper takes the development strategy of base farm in Tuanbowa as the research object,and insists on the three principles that the strategic choice needs to meet.One is to fully exert advantages and avoid weaknesses,the other is to grasp the opportunities,and the third is based on the current also think long term.Based on the analysis of the resources,operation status,external environment and internal environment of the DG oilfields,the paper locates the development model of the base farm in Tuanbowa,selects its development strategy,and then carries out development strategy design,the safeguards implemented finally.The analysis of the status quo shows that the base farm in Tuanbowa is subject to the influence of the traditional planned economic system.It faces the problem of “business-abiding” left over from the traditional mechanism,and also faces the “entrepreneurial” problem of self-balance with profit and loss,and faces the contradict with the main business of “Petro China”.In spite of having the advantages of resources and geography,from the perspective of the relationships among "people,finances and materials",it has not formed a synergy advantage.It is difficult to operate,and it is even difficult to sustain.Its long-term mismanagement has become a "tired" of "Petro China" and even DG oilfield companies.The results of the development strategy analysis show that the base farm in Tuanbowa has ushered in an important period of development strategy opportunities.It is currently a multi-business strategy corresponding to the “ST strategy” and has long been the “ST+SO portfolio development strategy”."Business strategy + growth strategy",if the decisions made properly,the current "tired" can be changed from "passive" to "active" through strategic response,from loss-making negative assets to profitable positive quality assets.The "empty pocket" becomes a "treasure bowl." The development strategy plan shows that the strategic design of the base farm in Tuanbowa is a complete content system,and the its organizational implementation is inseparable from the process of planning,organizing,leading,controlling,coordinating and monitoring,testing,improving and correcting errors.The targeted implementation of the protection plan has laid a solid foundation for the realization of “grasping opportunities” and controlling risks on the basis of “exerting advantages and avoid weaknesses ” and “focusing on the current and focusing on the future”.The policy recommendations for this paper are that in the the future work,the decision-making level of DG Oilfield Company should attach great importance to its development strategy,and solve the problems of mutual progress with the main business.It is necessary to give policy affirmation from the perspective of “Petro China” and DG oilfields;solve strategic planning problems,improve top-level design,improve the feasibility of solutions;solve local policy supporting problems with consistent goals,coordinate local governments,and develop together with enterprises,sharing development achievements;solving the problems of complementary compatibility of major industries such as green economy,old-age leisure,real estate,etc.,and the problems introduced by the policy of financing and the high sensitivity of land development introduced.Social capital is developed;solving fundamental problems such as investment decision-making,business development,and return on investment,planning for mixed ownership reform,and setting up a variety of business entities to participate in the development,and creating a new situation in the development and construction of the base farm in Tuanbowa of DG Oilfield Company.
