Study On Dynamic Evolution Of Geographical Indication Agricultural Products In Henan Province

Geographical indication is not only the characteristic identification of agricultural products,but also an major component of intellectual property.There are many famous high-quality agricultural products in Henan Province,which boasts abundant geographical identified resources and premier foundation of implementing the development of geographical identified agricultural products.However,in terms of the current development process of agricultural products with geographical indication in Henan Province,the number of geographical indication is low,which is not consistent with its agricultural status either in the development of geographical indication projects or the current market share and business scope of agricultural products.At the same time,the consumers,producers and operators of agricultural products with geographical indication do not know much about geographical indication,which brings some difficulties to the development of agricultural products with geographical indication and the formation of its industry in Henan Province.Agricultural products with geograohical indication,geographical indication of agricultural products and regional brand of agricultural products are three completely different concepts.These three are interrelated and mutually complementary.Based on the status of application and protection of geographical indications of agricultural products in Henan Province in recent years,this paper analyzes how the development of geographical indications of agricultural products influenced the production and development of agricultural products with geographical indications in Henan Province,and analyzes the dynamic evolution of agricultural products with geographical indications in Henan Province from three related factors,namely,varieties of agricultural products,population and economic development in Henan Province.Through the above analysis,we would learn the prospect of agricultural products in Henan Province.We should establish a whole industrial chain with agricultural products that have geographical indications as the core to form an industrial cluster with agricultural products that have geographical indication as the center of agricultural producing area in a effort to drive the economy of the whole region through effective cooperation.
