On the road towards globalization of Chinese carrier enterprises,it is a core task for enterprises to provide Smart operation capability in their IT construction in the process of realizing digital transformation and upgrading.Therefore,in order to build a leading smart information service provider,Xinjiang Telecom has reconstructed a new generation Customer Relationship Management(CRM)system.Starting from the perspective of constructing the new Telecom CRM project,this thesis adopts project management theories to probe into the CRM project construction management in the hope of assisting the digital transformation.With Xinjiang Telecom as the research object,by adopting methods of literature research and investigation,the thesis elaborates and analyzes the necessity of CRM reconstruction project for Xinjiang Telecom,project requirements,project construction plan,and construction process management,presents a decomposition structure of the project work,schedule preparation,responsibility matrix,milestones and communication content,and evaluates the project implementation effect.Problems found in the implementation process of the CRM project are also summarized and suggestions for improvement are put forward to ensure a better effect during the following phases of the CRM project developments.
