Research On Enterprise Investment Value Evaluation Based On Financial Statements

A company limited by shares occupies an important position in the market economy,and the financial performance of listed companies determines the relative investment of investors.Therefore,conduct a comparative study on the performance of listed dairy products companies,and propose solutions to investors and managers for reference.The main content of this article is divided into four parts.The first part is an introduction,which summarizes the relevant background and research significance,and summarizes the research content and method route.The second part is an introduction to the theory and literature review,and proposes the stock price value and its influencing factors,Then introduced the relevant valuation model and the current status of domestic and international research;the third part takes Yili shares as an example,dissects its financial statements,and analyzes the financial performance of Yili shares through the production of charts with relevant data,as follows Lay the foundation;the fourth part analyzes the investment value of Yili’s shares by using three valuation methods: PB,PE,DCF,and focuses on the entire A-share market.Concluded as follow:(1)According to the analysis of corresponding financial statement indicators,Yili Group’s corporate profits are relatively stable.Although Yili Group’s future development capacity may be insufficient,it has a relatively broad prospect.(2)Select annual report financial data of Yili from 2015 to 2018 and adopt three valuation methods.Through the comparison of actual data and forecast data,it can be found that the price-earnings ratio can be used to more accurately value the stock.(3)For investors,the core of value investment is to find and invest in stocks whose intrinsic value is undervalued.In the A-share market,there are many stocks whose stock prices are undervalued due to various factors,and there are also many stocks whose performance has increased and their intrinsic value has also increased.The key is how to find and excavate them.The concept of value investment is widely recognized in the world,and the price earnings ratio valuation method is also the most easy to understand and easy to operate.For managers,it is necessary to reduce the leverage ratio,optimize the capital structure and reduce the proportion of debt financing.From the perspective of production and operation,it is necessary to ensure product quality,optimize product structure and reduce production cost.
