| Bank is the key to finance,and finance is the key to economic operation.Therefore,banking plays an important role in China’s economic development.Commercial Banks take monetary funds and derivatives as their business objects,and realize the operation and management of financial assets by providing professional services,which is an important intermediary of financing.Under the background of China’s continuous promotion of interest rate liberalization reform and improvement of the competitiveness of commercial Banks,China’s commercial Banks are faced with both opportunities and challenges.Therefore,to improve the management level of commercial Banks is the need of The Times and the market.Because the capital market is increasingly perfect,at present,the modern financial services tend to be diversified in form,financial products innovation,combined with the bank customer money demand gradually turned to the diversification,personalization,bank loan business is diluted by the bond market and equity market,deposits and affected by stock,fund,insurance market impact,traditional bank profit channel face a severe test.How to improve their market competitiveness has become the focus of the current commercial Banks.As the source of social and economic development,human capital is also more and more important.In the era of knowledge economy,the ability to control and apply information,knowledge and technology is the key factor for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages,and it is also the essential requirement for enterprises to obtain profits and improve performance.The more high-quality talents an enterprise has,the stronger its vitality,innovation and core competitiveness will be.According to the resource-based view,the ability of an enterprise to acquire and use strategic resources determines whether it can gain competitive advantages in the fierce market competition and then surpass its competitors to obtain high performance.Human capital is a representation of the overall degree of knowledge,skills,attitudes,abilities,experience and other attributes of members of an organization that are conducive to productivity improvement.In the long run,human capital is a strategic resource of an enterprise because of its scarcity,imitativeness and unsubstitutability.In the process of adapting to market competition,enterprises will inevitably be accompanied by the improvement of competitiveness and the construction of competitive advantages,and human capital will become the basis of these behaviors..With the potential threat of financial crisis and the intensification of competition,the human capital investment of commercial Banks has become a key measure that affects their core competitiveness.On the basis of reviewing the existing research,this paper selects the data of China’s major commercial Banks and studies the factors affecting the operation of China’s commercial Banks based on the theory of human capital.At the same time,related control variables are introduced and regression analysis method is adopted to improve the robustness of the estimated results.Through the comparison of multi-dimensional influencing factors,the correlation between human capital factors and the performance of 32 listed commercial Banks in China was determined,and the investment and quality of human capital had a positive effect on the performance of commercial Banks.For commercial Banks of different nature,human capital investment has a significant positive impact on urban commercial Banks and joint-stock commercial Banks,but has no significant impact on state-owned and rural commercial Banks.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper summarizes the impact of human capital investment and related factors on China’s commercial Banks,and puts forward corresponding policy Suggestions on this basis.The innovation of this paper is reflected in the difference of human capital investment activities on different types of commercial Banks to further improve and supplement the theories related to human capital investment of commercial Banks,so as to provide theoretical support and method guidance for their better development in today’s fierce financial industry.The deficiency mainly lies in the measurement deviation of human capital and the limitation of sample data.The theory and method of human capital measurement should be further improved and the data should be further mined. |
