Research On Cost Accounting Of A Property Services Project

The increasing number of property service companies has caused the competition between property companies to become more and more fierce,And accurate cost accounting information is the basis for cost control.Refer to the domestic and international literature on standard cost method and operation cost method to understand the research situation of cost management at home and abroad.A property company's management and cost accounting were interviewed to understand the current situation of the company,and a series of problems were found,including the weak concept of property service cost accounting,one-sided cost management ideas,simple and extensive cost management methods.view of the above problems,combined with the actual situation of Applying Activity-based Costing and standard costing in our country,we try to apply them in the property industry.The purpose is to test whether the method can get accurate cost accounting information and provide reference solutions for the company to effectively control costs.By comparing the differences of cost information obtained after the implementation of standard Activity-Based Costing and traditional costing in service projects of a property company,this paper analyzes that the integration of standard costing and activity-based costing can accurately carry out cost accounting,show accurate cost information,provide the difference information needed in management,and effectively promote cost control.Under the application of the new cost method,it can solve the problems existing in the cost management of a property company.It is necessary and feasible to apply the standard cost method and the activity-based cost method to the cost management of the company's projects.It provides reference and reference for property management companies to carry out effective cost accounting and control,and has certain guiding significance.Figure3;Table16;Reference64.
