IASB and FASB jointly promulgated the new revenue recognition standard IFRS15 in mid-2014.The new standard is also applicable to confirm the sale of goods and the provision of labor services.In order to align with international financial reports,the Ministry of Finance of China promulgated(CAS14)in July 2017,and officially implemented it on January 1,2018.The accounting treatment of revenue recognition in many industries is affected by changes in revenue standards,and the O2 O take-out platform e-commerce industry is no exception.The business of the O2 O take-out platform has certain complexity and particularity.Taking the P take-out platform as an example,its revenue confirmation includes platform fees,distribution services,membership income,advertising revenue,etc.,as well as various discount,vouchers for members,etc.The research questions of this article are: After the release of the newly revised income standard,what are the difficulties in the application of revenue recognition and measurement of the O2 O delivery platform in practice,and how to deal with it.This article adopts the method of case study,taking P take-out platform which has carried out the new standard as an example,through analyzing the “control transfer” model of the new income standard and the “five-step method” model of income confirmation,it discusses the specific business model of the new standard for takeout enterprises The impact of revenue recognition;from five business models:(1)membership card business(2)joint membership business(3)commission rebate advertising business(4)distribution business(5)rebate points as an entry point,separately discussed Difficulties in the application of the recognition and measurement of Enterprise P 's takeaway income under the new standard:(1)unused member coupon;(2)the choice of "total amount method" and "net amount method";(3)those with variable consideration transaction price confirmation Treatment;(4)Splitting of contract discounts between different delivery methods;(5)Confirmation of rebate points,trying to make practical suggestions on revenue identity and measurement of China's O2 O takeaway platform in order to improve the quality of corporate accounting information.The innovativeness of this article is as follows: Based on the existing research,we further explore the difficulties of P take-out platform in revenue recognition and measurement application after the implementation of the new income standard,and take the specific business model as an entry point and put forward feasible suggestions:(1)Clearly formulate the applicable business scope of the "total amount method" and "net amount method";(2)promote the reform of the charging model of case companies;(3)strengthen the disclosure of accounting information,and try to provide revenue recognition and recognition for the O2 O industry under the new standard Measurement provides a certain reference and reference.
