In recent years,China’s social and economic situation has changed rapidly,and the pressure of market competition is growing.Enterprise managers gradually realize that only by continuously stimulating the initiative of employees in the work process,can the healthy and stable development of enterprises be maintained.Previous studies have shown that employee’s voice behavior can reflect employee’s initiative in work.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the influence mechanism and process of employee’s voice.In the work team,the closest interaction between employees is between superiors and colleagues.Due to the inherent importance of superiors to employees,the existing researches pay more attention to the relationship between superiors and employee’s voice.The same important colleagues are seldom mentioned in the relevant research.However,the response of colleagues to employee’s voice affects the working environment of the team,thus affecting the overall effectiveness of the team,so it is very important to study the response of colleagues to employee’s voice.Therefore,this paper introduces the growth demand intensity as the intermediary variable and the status threat perception as the moderating variable.From the perspective of team internal competition,it explains how employees’ voice behavior affects their colleagues’ work behavior.On the basis of literature review and semi-structured interviews,this study collects data through questionnaire survey,uses SPSS software to analyze and verify the hypothesis,and finally draws the following conclusions:(1)Employee’s voice has a significant positive impact on colleagues’ on-site informal learning behavior,and part of the intermediary employee’s voice behavior and colleagues’ on-site informal learning behavior are the growth demand intensity of colleagues;(2)The relationship between the strength of colleagues’ growth demand and the intensity of informal learning behavior on the spot is significantly positive,while the strength of colleagues’ growth demand has a significant negative effect on the disrespectful behavior on the job.That is to say,the stronger the strength of colleagues’ growth demand,the more positive they tend to have The informal learning behavior on the spot will reduce the possibility of negative workplace incivility behavior to the admonishing employees;(3)The perception of peer status threat regulates the relationship between the growth demand intensity and the workplaceincivility behavior of colleagues.Finally,based on the conclusion of the above research,some relevant measures and suggestions are put forward to help enterprises achieve sustainable development in the fierce market competition.The main innovations are as follows:(1)To study the response of colleagues to employee’s voice behavior,actively expand the research object and content of employee’s voice;(2)To introduce growth demand intensity as an intermediary variable,to verify the effectiveness of growth demand intensity in the field of employee’s voice,to further uncover the "black box" between employee’s voice behavior and colleague’s response;(3)To introduce status threat perception as a regulation variables,based on the perspective of competition within the organization to study employee’s voice.
