The Financial Performance Analysis And Evaluation Of Jingwei Textile Machinery Strategic Transformation

The textile machinery manufacturing industry is in the upstream of the textile industry industrial chain and is an important basic industry.As a leading company,JWFJ acquired and controlled ZRXT in 2010.In the "new normal" of social and economic development,China's supply-side structural reforms have continued to develop in depth,and strategic transformation performance research has far-reaching significance for enterprises.This paper studies the diversified strategic transformation of JWFJ.After analysis of the environment,motivation and implementation process of the strategic transformation,the financial analysis,event research method,EVA method,non-financial index analysis are used to compare the changes of long-term and short-term performance.The research results are as follows: First,the diversified strategic transformation of is driven by factors such as macroeconomic environment,industry competition and business risk.Secondly,the short-term market performance of the transformation behavior is not satisfactory,but the long-term performance shows that the diversification transformation has improved the operation performance to some extent,optimized the internal resource allocation,and dispersed the single operation risk.The strategic transformation of the main business has achieved remarkable results.Finally,this paper believes that enterprises should always pay attention to internal and external environmental changes during the strategic transformation process,strengthen the core competitiveness of the business,and prevent potential risks of diversified operations.
