Study On W Company Accounts Receivable Management

With the development of market economy,credit sale is increasing showing its irreplaceable role in economic activities.This way realizes expanding market share and improving the market competitiveness of enterprises,however,due to the late start of credit construction in our country,the social credit foundation is poor,and most of the enterprise management consciousness of accounts receivable is indifferent,credit management system is not perfect,many enterprises have the accounts receivable management problems of a high accounts receivable,reimbursement difficulty,unfree cash flow,high bad debt rate,which increase financial risks and seriously affect the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.Therefore,to strengthen the management of accounts receivable becomes the vital topic to modern corporation managers.This article summarizes the related theories based on the research on accounts receivable management of scholars both at home and abroad.Choosing W Company of gas enterprises in our country as the research object,this paper analyzes the existed problems and causes according to the present situation through accounts receivable management organization and system and accounts receivable risk control in depth.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions according to the practical management requirement of W Company.The paper indicates that the company can improve the current management of accounts receivable through three steps as precaution,control and dispose in order to control the company's accounts receivable management effectively,the company should also actively try to use accounts receivable financing.By the study of W Company,this paper provides workable and practical solutions which are conducive to reinforce the management of accounts receivable,cut the doubtful debts loss,improve the efficiency of capital utilization and reduce financial risks,also for other gas enterprises accounts receivable management provides the beneficial enlightenment.
