Research On The Influence Of Agricultural Credit On Agricultural Economic Growth In Hebei Province

Hebei is an important agricultural province in China.Maintaining sustainable growth of the agricultural economy is a key issue in reforming the three rural issues and accelerating the process of agricultural modernization.Agricultural credit plays a decisive role in the growth of the agricultural economy.Studying the impact of agricultural credit on agricultural economic growth in Hebei is of great significance and promoting agricultural economic growth,it also has certain reference value to other regions.Based on clarifying the elated concepts of agricultural credit and the four theories,this study analyzed the impact of agricultural credit on agricultural economic growth.From the three dimensions of credit scale,credit allocation efficiency and credit structure,the impact of agricultural credit on agricultural economic growth has been quantified.This paper selected agricultural loan indicators for stability test,do-integration test and Hausman test to establish the threshold model of the impact of credit scale on agricultural economic growth.The two stage least squares model of the impact of credit allocation efficiency on economic growth was built after the endogenous test and treatment of efficiency index.The generalized method of moments model of the influence of credit structure on economic growth was set up by using the indicator of rural household loan ratio.The empirical analysis showed that the scale of agricultural credit had a single threshold effect on agricultural economic growth.When the credit input was below the threshold,the impact of credit on economic is negative,on the contrary,it’s positive.The efficiency of credit allocation had a significant positive effect on economic,while the proportion of farmers’ credit had a negative effect on it.Above all,combining the status of agricultural credit and agricultural economic growth in Hebei Province,the rationalization suggestions were made from the four aspects of improving rural financial ecological environment,expanding credit scale,improving credit allocation efficiency,and optimizing credit structure,so as to better play the role of agricultural credit.Figure 5;Table 34;Reference 52...
