The Empirical Research On Patents Evaluation And Seletion In Medical Patent Pledged Financing

The advancement of scientific and technological innovation has brought about the rapid development of the knowledge economy,and patent pledge financing has opened up financing channels for enterprises as a new financial means.Medical companies have obtained a large number of patents through the advantages of technical content.However,due to various problems in the current medical patent pledge financing.It is very difficult to obtain funds,which seriously hinders the development and transformation of medical patents.Therefore,the empirical research on medical patent pledge financing is great significance to promote the standardization of China's medical patent pledge financing process and maximize the benefits for patent pledge policy.Based on the reviewing foreign and domestic research literature and the current status of China's medical patent pledge financing and the causes of the medical patent pledge financing problems.This thesis throughs analyzing the existing theories and methods,establishing the patents selection and evaluation model in medical patent pledge financing to overcome the shortcomings in the existing medical pledged patent evaluation and selection methods.Then comprehensively summarize the five main influencing factors affecting the medical patent pledge financing,including patent value,patent pledge risk and pledge enterprise factors and more.Then select the indicators for patents selection and evaluation based on the literature analysis.Using the improved Delphi method to modify the index,and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the index weights.Afterwards the patents selection and evaluation index system for medical patent pledge financing is completed.There are 5 first-level indicators and 17 secondary indicators.Then selected six core medical patents applied for pledge from six medical companies,and then Hesitation Fuzzy multi-attribute Decision Making method based on prospect theory was used for selection and evaluation to obtained the sequence of these six medical patents.Comparing the calculation results with the evaluation of these patents in actual bank pledge financing.It is verified that the patent selection and evaluation model in the medical patent pledge financing proposed in this thesis can effectively alleviate the complicated factors and unstable value and evaluators' opinions are uncertain in the medical patents selection and evaluation in medical patent pledge financing.And provide a scientific and systematic theoretical method guidance for financial institutions to conduct patents selection and evaluation in medical patent pledge financing.Increasing the enthusiasm of medical patent pledge financing.At the same time,this thesis also provides reasonable suggestions for the development of China's medical patent pledge financing.Helping to improve the development of China's medical patent pledge financing,and alleviating the difficulty of financing problem for medical companies.
