Application Research On Customized Attrac Investment Plan In The Industrial Development Of High-tech Parks

In recent years,the development of high-tech industry as the core drive of economic development has played an increasing ly important role.High-tech parks,as the carrier of high-tech industry cluster,are critical to rapid regional economic development and industrial upgrade.GDP and tax growth rate are important indicators to measure the economic development level of a re gion,and industrial parks make important contributions to the growth of these two indicators.However,the investment in high-tech industrial parks,especially in strategic emerging industries,tends to trouble the government investment departments and the developer and operator of industrial parks.Industrial investment attraction is a complex work,which involves a wide range of knowledge and is difficult to operate in practice.It is an important subject worth studying how to do a good job in the servic e of investment attraction for industrial parks,formulate industrial investment attraction schemes suitable for enterprises' development needs,reduce the burden on enterprises and promote the implementation of major projects as soon as possible.First of all,based on the present stage for the development of strategic emerging industry background,in view of the two high-tech industrial park of the difficulties of industrial investment,combined with the development trend of the regional industry and the investment promotion work in the high-tech industrial park in the development of the actual situation,using the method of SWOT and 4P and 4C marketing theory in-depth analysis and research,this research proposes the definition of customized investment so lutions.Secondly,by summarizing and drawing lessons from the practical experience of domestic and foreign high-tech parks in industrial investment and operation,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two parks and the market measures with the above methods and theories and proposes customized investment attraction schemes for the two parks.Finally,the real case of the investment of two high-tech industrial parks are put forward two customized investment schemes in view of industry planning,business layout,innovation and entrepreneurship platform construction,industrial supporting policies,industrial funds,etc.,carries out customized investment schemes effectively,and evaluates the implementation effect.It is hoped that throu gh the summary and practice of customized investment of two high-tech industrial parks,some useful discussions and studies on customized investment should be carried out,and a set of both scientifically and practically functioning customized investment schemes should be concluded to provide practical and beneficial help for industrial investment and industrial economic development.
