As a significant evaluation indicator for organization effective communication,communication satisfaction plays an important role in improving employees' work enthusiasm,work efficiency and raising their sense of responsibility to the organization.Domestic and oversea studies have shown that the status of communication is positively correlated with factors such as work enthusiasm,job satisfaction and job performance.Increasing amount of attention has been paid to how to enhance the communication satisfaction,raise the enthusiasm of employees,and further improve the operating efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises.Based on the research results of previous scholars for team communication satisfaction,by means of questionnaire method and interviewing method,this paper regards H company employees as respondents to collect data samples.Through the analysis of questionnaire data samples,it is found that employees are relatively more satisfied with the communication methods and content of the current team,and their communication satisfaction with superiors is higher than that with colleagues.Plus,the supervisor's communication satisfaction with superiors and peers is slightly higher than that with subordinates.Through further practical exploration,induction and summary,after the analysis and empirical research on various influencing factors,three factors which have influences on team communication satisfaction are finally obtained,namely employee characteristic factors including role definition,employee initiative,employee engagement,employee communication skills,job feedback,power distance and team-member exchange;leadership characteristic factors including leadership effectiveness,leader-member exchange,leader-leader exchange and work freedom support;team characteristic factors including team communication,team vitality,team cohesion,team psychological security,team learning,inter-team trust and team communication openness.Accord ing to the research results,to start from various influencing factors,suggestions are put forward to improve H company's team communication satisfaction from 5 aspects which are the satisfaction of supervisors and superiors,the satisfaction of superviso rs and peers,the satisfaction of supervisors and subordinates,the satisfaction of employees and supervisors,and the satisfaction of employees and colleagues.Previous studies regarding to communication satisfaction mainly focused on regarding specific groups in a certain industry as samples.While,this paper is expected to study from the perspective of the company as a whole,and at the same time,it is expected to be able to provide proposals and assistance for the company's team communication manageme nt as well as references for other companies in the same industry.
