Research On The Inventory Management Optimization Of Li Ning Sports Clothing

As an important asset of an enterprise,inventory is directly related to the level of capital occupation and the efficiency of asset operation.Inventory management is particularly important for garment enterprises.Because clothing has the characteristics of fashion and seasonality,once the inventory is overstocked in the current season,it is difficult to sell at the original price.Therefore,the quality of inventory management directly affects the profitability of clothing enterprises,and the long-term past inventory problems will even cause the closure of clothing enterprises.This paper takes the inventory management of Li Ning Sports clothing as the research object.First of all,through the analysis of total inventory,asset liquidity and profitability,this paper explains the current situation of Li Ning Sports clothing's inventory management and its impact on business operation.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of Li Ning Sports clothing 's out of control inventory and finds out the key factors that affect inventory management.Then,on this basis,from three aspects of improving the overall efficiency of the supply chain,improving the inventory management method and improving the efficiency of the sales side,this paper puts forward a series of plans to optimize the inventory management of Li Ning Sports clothing.To improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain is mainly to solve the problem of inventory overstock caused by the slow and untimely delivery of products to the market in the supply chain of Li Ning Sports clothing.The optimization scheme proposed in this paper is to improve the efficiency of purchasing raw materials,processing products,logistics and transportation,etc;To improve the inventory management method is to solve the problem of low inventory turnover rate of Li Ning Sports clothing and failure to make a reasonable prediction of production,resulting in inventory the problem of overstock mainly includes the use of ABC classification for inventory management and the use of supplier inventory management mode;To improve the efficiency of the sales side is to solve the problem of inventory overstock caused by the lack of competitiveness of Li Ning Sports clothing's products,mainly including increasing the investment in product research and development and improving the brand image to obtain customer loyalty.Finally,the conclusion and prospect are put forward.The results of this paper can be used for reference to improve the inventory management of Li Ning Sports clothing and other sports clothing brands.
