In 2015,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” in the government work report.Governments at all levels have introduced a series of policies to promote the implementation of “double innovation”.As the core leading area for the construction of the National Independent Innovation and Demonstration Zone of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,Changsha High-tech Industrial Development Zone is positioned to build a national innovation and entrepreneurship core area,a national high-end manufacturing and innovative creative industry cluster,a national science and technology system reform leading area,and a national military-civilian integration.In order to achieve this positioning,in recent years,Changsha Gaoxin has formulated a series of policies to promote the development of mobile Internet enterprises.The research on the support policies of mobile Internet enterprises in high-tech zones is also an important factor in studying the government functions of the high-tech zone management committee.Entry point.This paper applies relevant theories and methods of government enterprise support policy theory and integrates knowledge theories of economics and public administration to analyze the current status of support policies for mobile Internet enterprises in changsha high-tech zone,tries to find problems existing in current policies for mobile Internet enterprises in changsha high-tech zone,and analyzes the causes of relevant problems.The research of supportive policy in this paper is beneficial to the further deepening of the research on the transformation of government functions and the further perfection and enrichment of government economic theory.At the same time,it also helps to improve problems and phenomena such as weak policy pertinence,fraudulent policy support for enterprises,easier access to support for strong enterprises than weak enterprises,and lack of assessment of policy effects.
