The problem of customer loyalty has always been the focus of academics and industry.For banks,large customers not only greatly affect and determine the bank's business capacity and development capabilities,but also provide important guarantees for banks in the complex financial industry competition,which has basically become the fundamental pillar of bank development.However,the competition environment facing various types of banks is becoming increasingly fierce,and the loss of customers and even large customers is common,which has a great impact on the liquidity and stability of banks.Therefore,how to accurately identify large customers and improve their loyalty to retain large customers has become an important practical issue in bank research.This article takes Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank as the research object,and focuses on the identification of major customers and the improvement of loyalty of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank.First,through a comprehensive review of relevant domestic and foreign literature on customer loyalty and influencing factors,find out the ideas suitable to guide the research of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank's major customer loyalty.Then,it explains the research support from the theory,analyzes a number of related and instructive theoretical methods such as customer value theory,key account management theory,customer relationship management theory,and key customer loyalty theory,and builds a mature theoretical framework for the study ofthis article.route.Secondly,based on a comprehensive analysis of the development status of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank,a statement is made around the development status of the bank and the situation of customers,and the possible deficiencies are initially pointed out.For the next step,Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank's major customer loyalty analysis and improvement will be set up.Possible explanation basis.Third,the mathematics and determination of the index system suitable for the major customers of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank,and then to identify the major customers of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank.Then,an empirical survey was conducted by designing and testing an effective questionnaire.During the period of questionnaire preparation,distribution and recovery,statistical analysis,and factor analysis,the scores and important influencing factors of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank's major customer loyalty were determined.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,from the six aspects of brand,service,business,trust,communication,and prevention,the strategic suggestions for improving the loyalty of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank's major customers are put forward.
