Nowadays,with the vigorous development of China's economy,the degree of market opening is getting higher and higher,and the pressure of market competition is increasing.In this context,managers must pay attention to fixed asset management,the level of enterprise management is related to the company's future prospects.The fixed assets account for a large proportion of the assets of the railway maintenance company,and the production link is also inseparable from the fixed assets.Therefore,it can be said that the quality of fixed asset management determines the quality of enterprise management.An enterprise with remarkable management results must have a complete fixed asset management system.SW is the next subsidiary of a large central enterprise group engaged in the maintenance of railway tracks within the group.This article aims to analyze the fixed asset management related theories from the three stages of acquisition,operation and maintenance,and scrap disposal by analyzing SW's fixed asset management.Combined with the concept of industry-finance integration,the three dimensions of value management,capacity management,and physical management are used to explore the mode of small and medium-sized railway track maintenance companies to achieve the integration of financial management in fixed asset management,in order to solve their stages of purchase,operation,maintenance,and scrap disposal Some industries and finance departments have poor coordination,the finance department re-calculates the accounting and lightly manages,and the fixed asset management deviates from the actual business problems.This article is based on the three life cycle stages of fixed asset procurement,operation and maintenance,and scrapping.First,it summarizes the current theoretical basis of industry-finance integration and fixed asset management,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status.Second,introduces The current situation of SW's fixed asset management and analysis of the problems and causes of its fixed asset management.The current status of SW's fixed asset management mainly includes three parts,namely the status of fixed asset procurement management,operation and maintenance,and the status of scrap disposal.Among them,the three parts have a series of problems caused by the incompatibility of business and finance.Finally,put forward the scheme design of SW Company's fixed asset management based on industry and financial integration,and combine fixed asset management related theories to divide the countermeasure into three dimensions,value management,capability management,and physical management.Aiming at the problem of SW's fixed asset management,a solution design based on the integration of industry and finance was proposed.It mainly includes the improvement of the supplier evaluation basis,the optimization design of the procurement budget to achieve the fine management of industry-finance integration,the QR code management,the financial department's support for business decisions,and the guarantee measures for industry-finance integration.Based on the above analysis,we have concluded that by improving the financial integration mechanism of the fixed asset industry,it will effectively improve the financial accounting efficiency of SW orbit maintenance enterprises,improve the quality of business information,normalize the management of industrial and financial integration,reduce the cost of fixed asset purchases,and reduce The loss of value of fixed assets can further promote the integration of business and financial resources and improve the rational allocation of fixed asset resources.
