Study On Spatial Difference And Influencing Factors Of International Industrial Transfer In Hebei Province

In recent years,the fifth industrial transfer in the world has begun,with the international industrial transfer global economic center is moving eastward,the world economy presents a slow development pattern of east,west,south,north and south,this trend has been more obvious in the past few years.this transfer presents a radiative "gradient transfer" that diverges outward from a concentrated region and the transfer direction follows a certain priority.So,after several years of rapid development after the economic crisis in 2008,the prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province have taken place those changes in undertaking international industrial transfer,what role have these changes produced in the adjustment of industrial structure in Hebei Province,and what are the influencing factors that affect Hebei Province to undertake international industrial transfer,which are the key issues to be discussed in this paper.As an important part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Hebei Province has unparalleled advantages in location,and it is of great significance to study the industrial upgrading by undertaking industrial transfer in developed countries and regions.So,this paper studies the evolution of undertaking international industrial transfer in each prefecture-level city of hebei province through spatial analysis model,and analyzes the factors affecting these evolution by constructing panel data——factor model.First of all,this paper introduces the current research situation at home and abroad,expounds the theory of spatial structure and the theory of industrial transfer,as well as the related concepts involved in other articles,and provides theoretical support for the analysis and the article.Secondly,a simple quantitative analysis is made on the evolution of the spatial structure of the actual utilization of foreign capital in Hebei Province and its prefecture-level cities in that year by measuring the Melan index and Hufindal index.On this basis,ArcGIS and GeoDa spatial analysis method is used to re-examine the evolution of the spatial structure in Hebei Province from the perspective of all prefectural cities in Hebei Province.Then,by building the panel The data-factor analysis model analyzes the factors that affect the international industrial transfer in Hebei Province and how these factors affect theevolution of industrial transfer in Hebei Province.Finally,according to the results of the research,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to optimize Hebei Province to undertake industrial transfer to realize industrial structure upgrading and promote the industrial development of Hebei Province.
