Enterprises generally pursue profit and achieve the goal of profit maximization.In order to improve profit they often reduce the cost of each operating link and even ignore the performance of due responsibilities.Among them,the infringement of consumers' interests,the loss of employees' rights and interests,the lack of social responsibility and the wanton destruction of the ecological environment are social problems that occur from time to time in the process of enterprise operation and cannot be ignored.With the continuous improvement of modem management theory,the issue of corporate social responsibility has received more and more attention.Since the beginning of this century,with the rapid development of China's economy,Internet technology and offline industry continue to integrate,the rapid growth of e-commerce enterprises,highly penetrated into People's Daily life,work and study.This paper explores the relationship between social responsibility and financial performance of listed e-commerce companies,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for e-commerce enterprises to formulate and improve social responsibility policies through empirical research,so as to realize the efficient development of e-commerce enterprises.Based on the current background,this paper first collects and summarizes domestic and foreign literature on corporate social responsibility and financial performance,then defines social responsibility and financial performance,and expounds relevant contents of stakeholder theory,responsibility competitiveness theory and reputation theory.According to the existing e-commerce at the same time the social responsibility and financial performance of listed companies,analyze present situation found problems,according to the classification of the stakeholder theory of social responsibility after designed to measure the electronic commerce of the listed company social responsibility and financial performance evaluation index,gathering the Shanghai and shenzhen two city from 2016 to 2018 data from 61 home appliance business enterprise as the research sample,using SPSS24.0 and Excel and other statistical analysis software to perform the social responsibility to its behavior and the relationship between financial performance and the empirical analysis,and finally draw the conclusion.Empirical research of this paper points out that the electronic commerce if can the good performance of listed companies on the social responsibility of the shareholders,creditors and government can significant guidance to the enterprises financial performance during the period of the current and future business growth,the fulfillment of the social environment of positive responsibilities but depressed the increase of current financial performance,and whether the fulfillment of employee responsibilities does not affect the current enterprise financial performance,but it can promote the enterprise financial performance during the future business.At the same time,the improvement of corporate financial performance can reverse feedback to corporate social responsibility performance,helping enterprises to better fulfill social responsibility in the current and future periods.
