Research On Shouguang Vegetable Logistics Cost Control Based On The Perspective Of Individual Proprietors

With the improvement of transportation conditions and the development of informatization,agricultural products logistics industry has ushered in a new development opportunity in China.In recent years,China's agricultural products logistics industry has been continuously increasing in the proportion of the total social logistics industry.The state attaches great importance to the construction of fresh agricultural products logistics network and system.However,China's agricultural products logistics cost is high,the circulation link is too much,the main participants are mostly individual operators,but due to its own size restrictions,it is difficult to survive in the fierce market competition.Therefore,how to realize effective management and control of the cost of agricultural products on the basic of guaranteeing the interests of most individual logistics operators has become an urgent problem for the agricultural products logistics industry in China.This paper is mainly based on the perspective of individual business owners.First,through consulting and sorting out literature,it finds an effective method to study the cost of agricultural products logistics and provides a theoretical basis for empirical research.Secondly,by referring to the statistical data of previous years and the methods of field research,the development status of vegetable logistics industry and individual logistic operators in Shouguang city was analyzed to find out the problems such as the high cost of vegetable logistics,the decentralized operation and low marketization degree of individual logistic operators,and the irregular management.Thirdly,based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,the specific composition of Shouguang vegetable logistics cost was analyzed by the activity-based costing method.The principal component analysis method was used to determine the influencing factors of Shouguang vegetable logistics cost,such as transportation conditions and logistics management level.Finally,through the determination of cost standards,budget objectives,analysis of cost differences,control and evaluation of the whole process of logistics cost control system,put forward feasible Suggestions for Shouguang vegetable industry,in order to promotethe continuous development of the industry.
