In recent years,China's market economy has developed rapidly,and high-end talents with professional management experience are also active in the economic market.These professionals are indispensable and important factors for the development of enterprises.If enterprises only provide a fixed salary and remuneration It is impossible to get the favor of these talents,and the stocks granted by equity incentives throw olive branches to them,and at the same time attach some constraints to combine the interests of operators and company owners.This method can effectively attract talents and make them Have a sense of belonging to the company and stay in the company.With the introduction of draft opinions on equity incentives for listed companies in China,we have established a legal basis for the implementation of equity incentives for listed companies,and improved the management mechanism for equity incentives.Because equity incentives began to emerge in Western countries,the implementation of equity incentives in China 's listing formula was later than abroad,so the relevant guarantee system is not mature enough.There are many deficiencies in the actual implementation of equity incentives,leading to companies not reaching the final The desired purpose,even in the implementation process of some companies' incentive plans,will die unsuccessfully.Therefore,when setting the specific conditions for equity incentives,it is necessary to arouse the company's attention,and to formulate an incentive plan in line with the company's own characteristics.This article takes Yunda as a case analysis object,mainly analyzes the impact of equity incentives on Yunda performance.On the basis of domestic and foreign literature reviews,the main contents of the two-phase incentive plan of Yunda.are summarized,and the elements of the two-phase incentive plan are compared successively.Finally,combining the case analysis method and the financial index analysis method,the company's performance changes are evaluated,the impact of incentives on the company's performance is analyzed from multiple perspectives,and the effect of Yunda's share equity incentive implementation is evaluated.And the following conclusions are drawn: After implementing equity incentives,Yunda has achieved the purpose of helping the company to recruit talents,enhancing the cost control ability,increasing the company's profits,and enhancing the company's market competitiveness.Of course,there are some minor problems in the design of Yunda 's incentive plan,and some reference suggestions are also provided: increase the evaluation indicators for unlocking conditions,optimize the company 's performance evaluation system and personal performance evaluation system,and join non-financial as appropriate according to industry characteristics Indicators,the two combine with each other,while overcoming the short-term tendency of the enterprise,let core employees work consciously and actively,improve the sense of belonging to the company,and achieve the purpose of promoting the long-term healthy development of the enterprise.At the same time,it provides a certain reference for other companies in the industry to design equity incentive plans.
