Research On Multi-business Development Support System Of Group Companies For Sustainable Growth

As an economic organization that adapts to the inherent requirements of the development of market economy,enterprise groups generally exist in developed market economy countries.With the development of China's economy,maintaining sustainable growth is the most important strategic goal.However,according to the statistics of Fortune magazine in 2016,the average life span of the world's top 500 enterprises is only 40-42 years,and the average life span of China's small and medium-sized enterprises is only 2.9 years.The average life span of the group company is only 7-8 years.How to maintain sustainable growth has become a necessary problem for all enterprises to develop to a certain stage.It is a common practice for enterprises to support sustainable growth of the group by creating and maintaining business institutions.More and more large-scale enterprises are creating new businesses through external M & A or internal incubation to achieve sustainable growth.According to the research and analysis report on the top 500 private enterprises in 2019,192 M & A events have taken place in the top 500 private enterprises in 2018.The proportion of domestic transaction consideration over 500 million yuan is 37.41%.Large enterprises are making full use of capital market financing,introducing strategic investors,carrying out M & A and restructuring and other forms to realize the diversification of enterprise equity structure.At the same time,with the "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation era" coming,more and more enterprises begin to build internal entrepreneurship platform.Through the establishment of effective mechanism and internal incubation mechanism,a large number of successful cases of internal incubation have emerged in China.Based on the theory of group company management and control,core competence,strategic map and other domestic and foreign research theories,this paper constructs a problem-oriented multi-service development support system by analyzing the problems of multi-service group company in the process of new business development and coordination management.Taking intelligent energy company as an example,this paper provides a practical support system for multi-service development from the perspective of combining theory with practice.At the same time,the relevant problems faced by the development of enterprise conglomeration provide reference and reflection.
