Along with social development and advances in science and technology information technology,the financial industry,including the banking retail business,is also facing profound changes in customer demand,service methods,and market competition.At present,commercial banks are moving towards the era of information technology and financial integration,and the retail business has once again become the driving force for the transformation of the banking industry.With the increasingly fierce competition in banks,the vast county areas have become a new market for the development of banks.More and more banks have begun to invest their perspectives in counties outside the city.How to stand out in the fierce competition in the same industry,rooting in the county market,occupying market share,and improving market competitiveness have also become problems that banks must solve.Based on this realistic background,this paper takes agricultural bank of China DE county sub-branch as the research object and analyzes the transformation of retail business of agricultural bank DE county sub-branch according to relevant theories of bank retail business,research of experts and scholars and empirical methods.Taking the retail business development of agricultural bank DE county sub-branch as an example,this paper firstly analyzes the current retail business development background,personnel and organizational structure,products and business development status of DE county sub-branch,and points out that its retail business has problems such as low service level,traditional business development and weak value creation ability.Through the SWOT analysis,combining the reality of the DE county branch,put forward the optimization scheme of the retail business transformation,to determine the optimal marketing channels,improve service experience,optimize the business structure,customer relationship management,promote the linkage transformation of retail business development marketing the five aspects,and put forward the human resource,risk management,technology support and performance appraisal four safeguard measures to support the retail business transformation.Paper on the basis of the theory of mature retail banking and experience to the transformation of agricultural bank DE county branch retail business development problems makes research and discussion,put forward the ascension of DE county branch of agricultural bank of retail sales management level,the countermeasures and Suggestions to increase the competitiveness of the market,for DE offer some help to the development of the agricultural bank retail business,also for other county area commercial bank retail business development provide some useful reference.
