Research On Network Information Security Management Of Manchuria State Tax System

At present,under the background of the reform of tax collection and management mode,the tax collection and management mode has changed from the traditional collection of tax service office to the network collection.The tax system inevitably exchanges data with the financial system,industrial and commercial system,commercial bank,Treasury and other departments.With the launch of the third phase of the Golden Tax Project,tax collection and management methods are becoming more and more information-based and networked.Since tax information system plays an increasingly important role in the collection and management of tax system,the following network information security problem cannot be ignored.Based on the actual situation of Manchuria State Tax System,this paper analyzes the network information security management infrastructure,network information security management personnel and network information security management system from the perspective of network information security management in Manchuria State Tax System.The main content of this paper is to find Manchuria State Tax System existing problems of network information security management,analyze the factors may lead to information leakage,and find the problems of the current network information security management,such as lack of network information security personnel,management systems implementation does not reach the designated position,irregular behavior of operators,weak infrastructure,increasing difficulty in operational and maintenance.According to the relevant theories and management models of network information security,this paper analyses the general causes of network information security problems.The reasons for the above problems are staff's weak consciousness,lagging management mode,imperfect system,and imperfect risk identification and evaluation mechanism.On this basis,this paper attempts to establish a network information security management system model of Manchuria State Tax System,introduces risk management theory,and puts forward countermeasures for the network information security management of Manchuria State Tax System.This paper provides ideas for improving the network information security management level of Manchuria State Tax System and expanding the network information security management of tax system from four aspects: improving the network information security management system,strengthening the team construction of network information security management personnel,improving the awareness of network information security management,and improving the monitoring and evaluation mechanism.
