Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Implementing The Integration Of Tea Brigade In Anhua County

Tea tour is one kind of emerging traveling pattern with the theme of tea culture and it is also a perfect combination of tea industry and tourism industry.Now the "tea-broad integration" economic model is being sought after by most tea-producing areas.The tea-producing area relies on abundant tea industry resources,combined with tea culture and other selling points,to allow visitors to go to the tea village for in-depth experience.Such an approach can not only promote the sound development of the economy,but also increase the income of tea farmers.It is an emerging economic model worthy of promotion.Although many tea producing areas have taken various measures to promote the development of tea tourism,but the effect is not obvious.Anhua County is a region where the integration of tea and traveling was implemented at the earliest time in our country.However,in recent years,the integration progress is slow and the stamina is insufficient.This paper collect and study relevant literatures at home and abroad to explore the problems when the integration of tea and traveling is been processed in Anhua County,meantime it suggest countermeasures for these problems.The main work is as follows:1.It analyze the advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and threat of the development by SWOT,also recognize the present situation,thus it lays the foundation for identifying problems and suggesting countermeasures.2.Through research and analysis,we can find the problems in the implementation of the integration in Anhua County,such as imperfect planning system,lag matched infrastructure construction,deficiency of cultural connotation,cultural characteristics and new ideas for tourism products,and insufficient professionalism of practitioners.3.Analyze and learn from the successful experience of domestic tea brigade integration and combine the development status of Anhua County,the writer suggested some countermeasures from several aspects which including doing top-level structure and completing planning system;accelerating infrastructure construction and improving service level;deep mining local culture and enriching the cultural connotation of tea tourism;Resources,reallocating resources and recreating development model;strengthening personnel training and improving the quality of employees;protecting resources and environment.
