Research On The Optimization Of Financial Management And Control Of Y Telecom Company Based On ERP Centralization

Since China's accession to the world trade organization,with rapid economic development and continuous expansion of enterprise scale,in order to meet the requirements of the new era,many enterprises have chosen to seek more development opportunities through the establishment of group companies and other group development channels.At the same time,the requirements of group enterprises on their own financial management and control level are increasing.Under the background of rapid development of information technology and continuous improvement of economic digitization,how to better use digital information technology to achieve financial management and control of group enterprises has become the primary consideration for further development and expansion of group enterprises.Based on the theory of financial management,control,principal-agent and business process reengineering of modern enterprises,this paper uses case study method to select Y Telecom Company as a case to analyze the problems existing in the financial management and control of Y Telecom Company at present,including:first,the financial system is not perfect,which is embodied in the inconsistency of accounting standards that makes group enterprises The practicability of the recorded data and information declines,and the financial software of the group and its subsidiaries is not unified,which affects the information construction of the consolidated statements;secondly,there are problems in the management and control of funds,unreasonable use,management and control of funds in daily life,and inflexible management of funds investment;thirdly,the construction of financial information system is not perfect,and the original scattered construction of ERP system of Y Telecom Company affects the information construction of the consolidated statements The timeliness of information transmission is difficult to guarantee,and the accuracy of information collected is insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the financial control of Y Telecom Company through ERP.Thefourth part of this paper based on the design principle of ERP centralized project of Y Telecom Company,analyzes the reimbursement service platform,enterprise capital management platform,core ERP system,and optimizes the financial management and control of Y Telecom Company from three aspects: optimizing business process management and control,strengthening capital management and control,and improving risk management and control.At the end of this paper,by studying the case of ERP centralization in Y Telecom Company,using the method of questionnaire,the author explores and analyzes the problems existing in the financial management and control of the current ERP centralization system,as well as the impact on the financial management and control,and puts forward the optimization idea that the use of ERP centralization should be more full process,full interaction,full automation and full format in the future.Hope to provide experience reference for the group enterprises in the transformation,on this basis to better promote the exploration and implementation of the group financial management and control strategy based on ERP centralization,and provide reference for the group enterprises in China based on ERP centralized financial management and control.
