The study in the global economic downturn,the domestic new epidemic spreading rapidly,market-oriented interest rate reform deepening,the intensified resource competition between commercial banks and the internet under the background of rapid development,great changes have taken place in the business environment of commercial banks,especially the state-owned banks are scrambling to rely on the traditional business development after the reform innovation,transformation and upgrading.In the increasingly fierce competition between banks,the product difference between banks will be gradually shortened,or even no difference,the fundamental reason to enhance competitiveness is talent competition.As the saying goes,"whoever gets the talent gets the world".CC branch is a state-owned commercial bank.Corporate business is the cornerstone and engine of the branch,contributing nearly 50% of the profits of the whole bank.Therefore,the effective incentive of the account manager is the key factor for the development of the bank.The corporate customer manager of CC branch refers to the professional customer manager engaged in the company's business,mainly performing customer maintenance,credit business handling,bill discount customer development and maintenance,focusing on assessing the comprehensive contribution of the company's credit customers and financing security.For CC branch whose business accounts for a large proportion of the whole bank,the construction of customer manager team determines the business development level and profitability of the bank to some extent.However,the development of the company's business mainly depends on "people".With the fierce competition in the market,the problem of "people" in branches is becoming more and more prominent.Although the branch has always adhered to the development and management philosophy of "people-oriented",the contradiction between customer development,personnel management and business development has become prominent,and there are still some problems to be solved,especially in the assessment system of customer managers.This undoubtedly has a negative impact on talent cultivation,employee enthusiasm and innovation practice.It is urgent for CC branch to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the company's customer managers,further strengthen the role of employees,and make them contribute more to the business development of the bank.The first condition to fully motivate employees is to optimize the design and effective use of the assessment incentive system.Therefore,it is particularly important to put forward the optimization scheme of the performance appraisal of the account manager effectively and to implement it effectively.This paper takes the performance appraisal of corporate account manager of CC branch of industrial and commercial bank of China as an example,analyzes the current status and existing problems of the current performance appraisal system,and uses scientific and advanced management methods to make reasonable optimization and improvement of the performance appraisal system of corporate account manager of CC branch.By combining the strategic objectives,assessment requirements,responsibilities and contents of the customer manager of CC branch,and strengthening the awareness of assessment,the optimization strategy was formulated to ensure the smooth implementation of the follow-up performance assessment system optimization.After that,the optimization ideas and steps are made clear.By using the balanced scorecard and the key performance indicator method,the financial dimension,customer dimension,internal management dimension and learning and growth dimension are correlated with the core indicators,and the assessment standards of the new assessment system are formulated.Finally,safeguard measures are proposed for the optimized assessment system.The author hopes that the design of this scheme can help ICBC CC Branch to improve the company's customer manager performance management system,manage performance in a scientific,reasonable and effective way,motivate employees,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the company's customer managers.At the same time,it is also helpful for managers to make better business decisions and cultivate talents,promote the sustainable and healthy operation and development of ICBC CC branch,and provide reference for the assessment of customer managers of other state-owned Banks.
