Research On Supply-side Structural Reform Under The Change Of Residents’ Consumption Structure-

In the new era,China’s economic development has entered an important node.In the troika of investment,consumption and export,the role of consumption has been continuously highlighted.In the past three years,the average contribution rate of consumption to the economy has reached about 64%.With the growth of consumption,the consumption structure has been continuously optimized,changing from low-end to high-end.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that middle and high-end consumption should be cultivated into new growth points and new momentum.However,the change in the supply structure of consumer goods cannot keep up with this change in the demand structure,resulting in the phenomenon of coexistence of consumption spillovers and a large product backlog.To change this situation and cultivate mid-to high-end consumption as a real economic growth point,it is necessary to further deepen supply-side reforms and adapt the supply structure of consumer goods to the consumption structure.This article systematically analyzes and combs the Marxist theory of production and consumption,and believes that social reproduction must proceed smoothly,and production must adapt to consumption.The degree to which production meets consumption determines the speed of economic development;it analyzes supply-side reforms and defines related concepts Using the literature analysis method,the qualitative and quantitative analysis method and the induction and summary analysis method,the current situation and characteristics of the changes in the consumption structure of our country ’s residents and the course of the transformation of the consumption structure of the United States and Japan are considered.With the increase in income,the consumption structure Continuous optimizationand upgrading is an inevitable trend;it analyzes the specific performance of the current imbalance of the supply and demand of consumer goods in China,and uses Marx’s theory of production and consumption to analyze the cause of the imbalance.It is believed that the cause of the imbalance in the supply and demand of consumer goods lies on the supply side.The structural change is directed to adjust production in time with changes in consumption;on this basis,specific measures to deepen the structural reform on the supply side are proposed.The new era is an era that continuously meets the needs of the people for a better life.The most important thing for deepening the supply-side structural reform is to form a social consensus,arrange production according to consumption,and timely change the production structure according to changes in consumption structure.Under this concept,the government and enterprises can actively adopt various means to continuously adjust the production structure,deepen the structural reform on the supply side,and fully meet the needs of the people.
