With the maturity of mobile Internet technology,the instant messaging business has gradually expanded to the enterprise level.Tencent also took advantage of this opportunity to develop We Chat work,an application specially designed to provide services for enterprise users.This study carried out a study on We Chat work and extended TAM by combining theories in psychology,sociology,behavior and other related fields.Through this study,it can be found that functional richness,perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use all have a positive impact on users' willingness to use,while perceived risk has a negative impact on users' willingness to use.Through this study,it provides a theoretical basis for users to adopt We Chat work,provides Suggestions and opinions for the development and innovation of We Chat work,and also provides relevant Suggestions for the development of enterprise instant messaging industry. |
