Research Of The Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors In Dongguan

With the development of economy and advancement of science and technology,researches and innovations at home and abroad has been continuously improved,empirical research has been deepened,and the ability to innovate in science and technology has replaced natural resources to be a decisive factor in the competitiveness of a country or region.The evaluation of regional technology innovation efficiency and its influencing factors have also become important research areas for evaluating regional innovation and development capabilities.Through relevant theoretical research and empirical analysis,we have identified problems in the process of innovation and put forward related improvement measures,which is crucial to improve the ability and efficiency of technological innovation in enterprises,cities,regions,and even countries.Based on the literature research at home and abroad,this article theoretically and empirically discusses the evaluation of technological innovation efficiency and its influencing factors in Dongguan through literature review,theoretical model construction,evaluation index system establishment and empirical analysis.The main research contents and results are summarized as follows:First,on the basis of domestic and foreign research on innovative theories,the author sums up the theoretical research results such as the connotation of technological innovation,the construction of the evaluation index system on technological innovation efficiency,and the evaluation and evaluation method of technological innovation efficiency.Secondly,according to the principles of being scientific,operable and quantifiable,taking the yearbook data of Dongguan's innovation as a sample,we draw on a relatively mature and widely applied stochastic frontier production function(SFA)model.From the path of input and output of technological innovation,we construct a set of index system which can reflect the efficiency of technological innovation and build a model of influence factors of technology innovation efficiency.Through theoretical and empirical research,we analyze the relationship between the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency and the output efficiency of knowledge and product.Finally,from the analysis of the constraints of technological innovation and development in Dongguan,the thesis is policy-oriented and motivating.On the basis of the theoretical and empirical analysis,relevant suggestions and countermeasures on aspects like talents,subjects,activities and achievements in technological innovation are proposed as an add for the technology-driven innovation development policy of Dongguan City.
