In recent years,more and more students are suitable for primary school,but the school space,human resources and other related resources are limited,and public schools cannot provide enough lunch and lunch break places for students.This brings the opportunity of vigorous development to the outside primary school trusteeship institutions,and also brings the fierce competition to the primary school trusteeship industry.In this paper,Dongguan primary school trusteeship organization SR trusteeship chain company as the research object.In the past few years,the company was the second largest trusteeship organization in Dongguan,but in recent years,the competition in the after-school trusteeship market for primary school students has become increasingly fierce,parents and primary school students have put forward higher requirements for trusteeship services,and Sr company is facing problems such as how to build competitive advantage,how to define market positioning,and further optimize enterprise strategy to adapt to environmental changesFirst of all,this paper analyzes the external environment and industry environment to identify the key success factors in the industry.Then it analyzes the internal resources and enterprise capability of SR chain custody company,and obtains the core competitiveness,advantages and disadvantages of SR chain custody company.Then the SWOT model is used to analyze the company's external environment,internal resources and capabilities,and to put forward the company's strategic vision,mission,strategic objectives and competitive strategy.Finally,it lists the steps and plans of strategic implementation,and lists the guarantee measures of enterprise strategic implementation.Through the research on the competitive strategy of SR custody chain company,the conclusions are as follows: first,Sr company is faced with external environmental threats and opportunities,which can adhere to the original vision and mission of the company,but it needs to be understood deeply,and at the same time,it has formulated a five-year strategic goal.Second,Sr companychooses the parents whose family income is medium and high,and whose expectation of trusteeship service is medium and high as the target market.Third,through the three aspects of comfortable and happy environment,high-quality service and all-round safety,we can differentiate,so as to strengthen the competitive advantage in the new situation;through the innovation of chain mode and the standardization of branch stores,we can give full play to the chain effect.Fourth,Sr company ensures that the strategy can be implemented by adjusting organizational structure,building information system,optimizing human resources and cultivating corporate culture.This study solves the current dilemma of SR custody chain company,how to find a suitable competitive strategy for the development of enterprises,effectively guide the healthy and steady long-term development of enterprises,and also provide reference and reference for the domestic and foreign primary school trusteeship service industry and enterprises to formulate competitive strategies.
