As the most important part of man-machine interaction equipment,touch panel has met the needs of people and promoted the rapid development of the entire electronic industry with its convenient operation mode,which has become the standard of electronic display equipment.With the advent of the era of 5G,the domestic touch panel industry is facing new development opportunities.Meanwhile,influenced by the industry competition and the maturity of embedded touch panel technology,it is also facing new challenges.In recent years,T Company touch panel in the decline of the sales and market share of products,in order to realize sustainable development in the fierce competition,the T company must look at the shortages of marketing,the swallow the short board,highlight advantages,catch the opportunity of 5G technology development,make the company occupy the dominant position in the touch panel industry,so as to realize the sustainable development of the company.Firstly,this paper reviews relevant marketing theories and research methods,and draws a conclusion from PEST analysis that T company is facing great competitive pressure in terms of technology.Secondly,based on the analysis of porter’s five forces model,it can be concluded that T company is under great pressure from its substitutes and competitors.Furthermore,customers of T company are analyzed to realize customer-oriented marketing strategies.Finally,based on the marketing practice of T company’s touch panel,the 4P theory and industrial product marketing theory are applied to put forward the corresponding marketing optimization strategy for the existing problems of T company.On the one hand,it is expected to provide beneficial thinking and Suggestions for the optimization of marketing mix strategy of T company;on the other hand,it is expected to bring certain inspirations to the development of the domestic industry.In terms of product strategy,this paper concludes that product differentiation should be highlighted according to the characteristics of products to promote precision marketing.The product chain extends to the upstream core industries toincrease the company’s core competitiveness.The development of new products takes into account the upstream core products and the products and technologies that conform to the market development law and can be publicized.In terms of channel strategy,we should broaden the channel network and form a diversified channel strategy that focuses on direct channels and establishes distribution channels and network sales channels.In terms of price strategy,the company adopts flexible pricing according to the characteristics of different products.In terms of promotion strategy,we should give full play to the role of personnel promotion in direct channels,participate in online and offline exhibition promotion,attach importance to network marketing,and make use of good marketing to achieve the promotion goal to the greatest extent.
