With the rapid development of economy and the broad extension of the market,enterprise groups of different levels are formed in a large scope,and corresponding financial institutions are required to provide financing services for market players.Therefore,rural Banks emerge at the historic moment.However,rural Banks entered the market late and had little experience in fund management,so there were many risks in capital.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the internal accounting control management to ensure the safety of capital operation.Based on S village Banks as the research object,through field survey method and interview method to the main village Banks accounting for carding and find out bank accounting problems in business operations,and then through the questionnaire investigation to find out the root of the S village Banks accounting internal control management problem:the imperfection of the internal control environment,lack of effective risk forecast ability,advanced internal management mechanism is not reasonable,information circulation channel is not smooth and the lack of strong internal supervision mechanism,overall accounting internal control is still in the stage of a relatively lag.These problems discovered above are the main constraints restricting the development of rural Banks so far.Since the cause of the disease has been found,the solution to the problem must be appropriate to the case,so in view of the above problems have been found,this paper has given the corresponding solution optimization scheme.Firstly,the accounting operation process and internal control system of rural Banks in S were optimized.Secondly,the implementation of the optimization plan was ensured from several dimensions,such as strengthening internal supervision,establishing reasonable communication channels,ensuring the circulation of internal information and consolidating the implementation of internal control system.By optimizing the internal accounting control management system of rural Banks in S,the operation capacity and market competitiveness of rural Banks are enhanced to better serve enterprises.
