Business risk exists in every link of business activities.Under the current trend of economic globalization,the business risks faced by enterprises become more diverse and complex.At the same time,the harm of these risks to enterprises is more and more serious.In order to avoid the damage of business risk to business operation,enterprises should strengthen the analysis and prevention of business risk.With the implementation of Health China 2030 plan,the development of medical device industry has been promoted to a national strategy,which has attracted the attention of the state.Medical device industry started late in China,but it has developed rapidly with the reform and opening up,and will play a more important role in China's future economic development.However,medical device enterprises have more and more obvious problems in operation and management.In the past,the extensive management is no longer suitable for the current market environment,affecting the stable operation and sustainable development of enterprises.In order to improve their core competitiveness and gain competitive advantage in the market,medical device enterprises must strengthen the analysis and prevention of business risk,and minimize the loss caused by business risk.In this paper,internal control theory,diversification theory,financial analysis theory and risk management theory are applied to practice,and the existing theoretical results of operational risk analysis and prevention are summarized.On this basis,combined with the characteristics,current situation and trend of the medical device industry,the operational risk of the medical device industry is studied in depth,hoping to improve the operational risk management of the medical device industry For certain experience and reference.This paper takes the medical device industry as the starting point,selects company a as the industry representative for case analysis,summarizes the causes of its business risk combined with the characteristics of the medical device industry,and then analyzes the specific financial data of company a in the business management,and finds that company a has four risks in the business,namely,capital risk,R&D risk,inventory risk and cross-border risk.Then it puts forward the corresponding prevention suggestions for the specific business risks of company a,and puts forward the mechanism guarantee from the company management level to help company a improve the business risks,improve the business risk management system,and provide reference for other medical device enterprises.
