Study Ontax Information Construction Of Grass Roots In Shenyang

With the rapid development of science and technologies,information technology has been applied to all aspects of life,and the tax information construction has become an important part of tax modernization process.To build an efficient and responsive information service system is an essential means to improvethe management and service of the taxation in China.However,the informatisation construction of grassroots is restricted by such factors as insufficient attention,economic development level,and the imperfect administrative system.The current development statusoftaxinformatizationlags behind the general level of the progress in other fields,and it has become a weak link in the overall information construction.The grassroots tax agencies are precisely the departments that have the closest contact with taxpayers.Therefore,it is particularly important and urgent to actively improve the construction of tax informatization at thegrassroots level.This paper takes the tax information construction of grassroots in Shenyang City as the research object.By studying therelevant literature,the practical work experience of the author,and consulting the grass-roots tax departments in Shenyang,and interviewing the taxpayers and taxation working staff,combined with thecomparison with other provinces and cities,the study discusses how to perfect the informatisation construction at the grassroots level in Shenyang.This paper first describes the current status and existing problems of tax informatization construction of grassroots in Shenyang and analyses the reasons for the problems,then the paper puts forward some targeted and feasible suggestions.The suggestions mainly include improving the importance of tax information infrastructure construction,enhancing the integration of information technology and tax service,improving the development and application of tax collection and management,strengthening the construction of network information security and legal guarantee,building a professional information talent team.This paper provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for perfecting the construction of tax informatization of grassroots in Shenyang,promoting tax administration and improving the equality of tax service.
