With the continuous progress of the market economy,equity incentives have begun to be valued in various fields.At the current stage,the separation of ownership and management rights in enterprises has led to different views of shareholders and agents in terms of information understanding and interests.In order to eliminate the differences between the two and encourage core personnel in business management and other aspects to work for better business development,many companies have chosen to use equity incentives to improve corporate performance.Because equity incentives are a relatively good way of motivating,it has a good motivating effect on senior managers of the enterprise,and has formed a restraint mechanism and incentive effect for a long period of time,creating more benefits for shareholders Profit while reducing risk.With the gradual popularization of equity incentives in China,it is important for companies to evaluate whether such incentives can effectively improve performance levels.This article takes the equity incentive plan implemented by Oriental Garden Company as the research object,analyzes the performance changes of Oriental Garden before and after implementing the equity incentive plan,and compares and analyzes the average financial indicators of several companies in the landscape engineering industry.In the research process,the financial index method and factor analysis method are used to evaluate the financial performance of the company under the equity incentives.At the same time,the event analysis method is used to scientifically evaluate the company's market performance.The results of the study suggest that,through the implementation of equity incentives,Oriental Garden Company has a certain degree of positive effect on the improvement of the company's operating performance and the realization of strategic goals,but the early effects of the incentives are better than the final incentives.Finally,based on the specific process and performance evaluation results of Oriental Garden'simplementation of equity incentives,it proposes perfect countermeasures for how Oriental Garden can improve company performance in the future and provides certain reference values for other companies in the industry to implement equity incentives.
