From the first year of e-commerce in 1999,when China's e-commerce really entered the stage of physical business,to the first year of live broadcast e-commerce in 2019,the rapid development of the Internet has hugely changed people's lifestyle in 20 years.From the traditional physical industry is gradually declining to cashless city online transactions have become the new normal,from Yu'ebao to Huabai Baitiao,people's consumption channels,consumption concepts,consumption frequency and even lifestyle are changing with the endless changes in the Internet+era.With the further development of the Internet industry,traditional banks have been increasingly affected by deposit,loan,and remittance business.The emergence of Yuyuebao in June 2013 and its rapid development with low threshold and high degree of freedom.It has completely subverted people's traditional financial management concepts,and forced traditional banks to quickly adjust their countermeasures to restore the market by optimizing their own services and products and launching various bank products in succession.The arrival of the Internet+era and the continuous development of China's financial market have further accelerated the full range of financial disintermediation.Traditional banks are facing all kinds of challenges all the time,and it is becoming increasingly passive that they promote their business.And the customer and the market and profit space are further squeezed.Facing the financial needs of customers and the increasingly marginalized market position under the new situation,the Internet transformation of traditional banks is imperative.Traditional banks should implant Internet genes for themselves in the era of Internet finance,learn to absorb the advantages of Internet companies and be closer to user needs in terms of products and strategies,from reducing customer churn to acquiring customers in batches in the Internet era through financial technology innovation to achieve online market reengineering,so as to master the initiative and promote the market competitiveness.Traditional banks seek change independently under the impact of Internet thinking,and have introduced direct banking,e-commerce platforms,open financial platforms and other transformation methods through big data,cloud computing and otherfinancial technology reforms,using their own natural financial advantages and long-term data accumulation advantages to develop the e-commerce platform seeks to achieve mass online customer acquisition and tap new profit growth points beyond traditional businesses.This paper takes ICBC e-mall as the study object,analyzes the the overall development circumstances of ICBC e-mall,focuses on the development circumstances of the shop,and analyzes through a combination of literature research,case studies and empirical research.For each impact factor involved in the dynamic evaluation mechanism of the shop,a systematic analysis and study of relevant literature is first carried out,and then a case analysis of the development of the three shops in the J branch.The empirical analysis part conducted a questionnaire survey on consumers and further adopted an expert questionnaire survey,and then conducted an empirical analysis on the selected variables to establish a panel data model and binary classification logistic regression and conducted a robustness test.The paper shows that for consumers,the dynamic evaluation of the shop helps them to investigate the shop in multiple directions,enhance their trust in ICBC e-mall,and then use ICBC e-mall as their choice preference,thus increasing the flow of ICBC e-mall;For ICBC e-mall shops,the increase in the score of the corresponding key factors will help them to increase commodity prices and sales,so the shop will actively participate in the dynamic evaluation,which will help the development of ICBC e-mall;For ICBC e-mall,by actively organizing marketing activities to improve the platform's flow and trading volume,strengthen internal management and shop management and control levels,make full use of shop dynamic evaluation data and the quality of settled shops The checkpoint can make the platform develop healthily in the long run.
