With the continuous and steady development of China's economy,the level of people's health has been constantly improved.The pharmaceutical industry has ushered in a new peak of growth,and many foreign-funded pharmaceutical companies have accelerated their distribution and investment in China.With the reform of China's medical system,great changes have taken place in the medical market environment.Pharmaceutical enterprises should adjust their marketing strategies quickly to win market share in the complex market.On the basis of a large number of documentation,combined with domestic and foreign research status,the author expounds the marketing theory,and studies the marketing strategy of imported original research drugs in the Chinese market under the environment of the new pharmaceutical reform system and China's leading Internet hospital.In this paper,company A's drug B is taken as an example to solve the current marketing dilemma of drug B:the global sales volume of drug B is the first,but in the Chinese market,it is facing problems such as the decline of market share and the slow growth of sales by re-planning the marketing strategy of company A and drug B in China and making suggestions for implementation.First of all,the author analyzes the current external market environment of company A,industry competition environment and the company A's internal environment.Secondly,the current situation of marketing strategy of company A and drug B is analyzed to find out the existing problems.Finally,this paper proposes a new marketing strategy and implements the guarantee by combining the traditional 7P marketing theory and big data precision marketing theory.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,we should make clear the target market choice and market orientation,and develop simultaneously in prostate cancer,breast cancer,central precocious puberty and heterotopia endometriosis.It is important to increase investment and coverage in second and third tier cities.Secondly,it is essential to introduce new products to build comprehensive portfolio and brand effect in Oncology therapeutic area.We need to optimize commercial channels,select larger pharmaceutical logistics enterprises for cooperation,and improve the accessibility of drugs.We need to adopt Competition-Oriented Pricing,and gain more market share by lowering the price.We need to improve the academic promotion ability of sales representatives and improve customer satisfaction.Thirdly,it is beneficial to use big data technology to analyze the data of hospitals and communities,and assist hospitals and communities to manage patients.Big data also points out the direction for the company's marketing strategy,so as to achieve accurate marketing.
