Research On The Joint Contract Coordination Mechanism Of Crude Oil Supply Chain Dominated By Refinery Enterprises

As an important strategic resource,crude oil is the cornerstone of the whole industry.Due to the particularity of crude oil resources,the competitiveness of the crude oil supply chain has an important impact on the national economic development and security.The crude oil supply chain is different from the traditional supply chain.It is a kind of supply chain driven by the end refinery enterprise.In order to ensure the stable operation of the crude oil supply chain,in the whole coordination process of the crude oil supply chain,the refinery enterprise need to coordinate and communicate with the crude oil supplier,carrier and port of transshipment separately.The special coordination method of the crude oil supply chain leads to problems such as low information integration and high transaction costs,which further affects the benefits of various stakeholders.Supply chain contract coordination is one of the most common and important methods in supply chain coordination.Therefore,the contract coordination is introduced crude oil supply chain coordination.Based on the theory of supply chain contract coordination,this dissertation analyzes the structure and operation environment of the crude oil supply chain system,summarizes the factors that restrict the coordination in the crude oil supply chain,and puts forward the necessity of introducing joint contract coordination into the crude oil supply chain.Then,the centralized decision-making model and decentralized decision-making model were constructed.Through analysis of the model,it is found that when there is no contract coordination,each enterprise only considers its own interests and ignores the overall coordination and stability of the oil supply chain.Therefore,a joint contract coordination model was set up to clarify the conditions that the contract parameters need to satisfy in order to achieve reconciliation and the interrelation of contracts parameters through the adoption of a revenue-sharing contract among the leading party of refinery enterprise,carrier and port of transshipment and implementation of the information-sharing incentive system between the refinery enterprise and oil field.In addition,a benefit coordination mechanism has been established between refinery enterprise,carrier and port of transshipment,and an information sharing mechanism has been established between refinery enterprise and crude oil supplier to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results for all enterprises in the crude oil supply chain and achieve coordinated and stable operation of the crude oil supply chain.Finally,Shanghai Petrochemical was taken as the object for empirical study,Matlab software was used to simulate the Shanghai Petrochemical crude oil supply chain joint contract coordination model,and the decision variables and expected profits of each company were changed with the contract parameters.The simulation results show that the profit of each enterprise in the Shanghai Petrochemical crude oil supply chain is improved by adopting the joint contract,and some suggestions are put forward to build the joint contract coordination mechanism of the crude oil supply chain dominated by Shanghai Petrochemical Company.
