QK Convenience Supermarket Inventory Management Research

With the development of economy,the income level and quality of life of our people have greatly improved.In many suburban areas where the economy is developed and the business is active,a new type of retail format,namely convenience supermarket,has emerged,whose scale is between convenience store and general supermarket.At present,the inventory management level of many convenience supermarkets in China is relatively low,and the inventory management mode is relatively backward.Due to the limited storage space of convenience supermarkets,the management of inventory goods has always been the focus and difficulty of the management of convenience supermarkets.This paper takes the inventory management status of QK convenience supermarket as the research object,hoping to provide help to solve the inventory management problem of this convenience supermarket.This paper adopts the theory and practice,and case analysis.Firstly,the paper introduces in detail the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad,as well as the theoretical knowledge of inventory management involved in this paper,including the basic concept characteristics of convenience supermarket,the basic theory and methods of inventory management.Then,the operation status and inventory management status of QK convenience supermarket are expounded.Based on the theory,the existing problems in inventory management are analyzed from the two aspects of ordering and warehousing,and the management optimization and the implementation of safeguard measures are proposed.When formulating the order management scheme,ABC classification is scientifically applied to optimize the commodity order classification management,and EOQ economic order model is established according to the order requirements.In addition,the detailed plan of deepening relationship management with suppliers and order process management is also given.In the formulation of the warehouse management program,the specific program of rearranging the warehouse area,daily maintenance of goods and goods,and management of the warehouse process is given.In the aspect of the guarantee measures to implement the optimization plan,this paper expounds the informationization construction,distribution commodity structure,personnel quality and the management of unmarketable commodities.Due to the limited knowledge and understanding of the author,the research of this paper is not in-depth enough.However,I hope this article can provide some theoretical and practical references for QK convenient supermarket inventory management to some extent,and also provide valuable Suggestions and references for other similar retail industry inventory management.
