Risk Analysis Of China's Direct Investment In Five Central Asian Countries

In recent years,the Chinese government has put forward the national development strategy of the Belt and Road Initiative,China has paid more and more attention to the investment and cooperation of countries and regions along the Belt and Road,and the five Central Asian countries(Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan,Tajikistan,Turkmenistan,Uzbekistan)are located in the core region of the Asian-European continent.The focus of attention in the Belt and Road Initiative,since the five Central Asian countries play an important role in the Belt and Road Initiative,and my Government,if it wants the Belt and Road Initiative to be better implemented and realized,should attach importance to investment and cooperation with the five Central Asian countries,In this way,our government can obtain better development in the global economic and trade.First of all,this paper reviews and combs the existing literature,and finds that the discussion of investment risk in the host country has always been an important proposition of concern to Chinese scholars.Through the summary analysis of the existing literature,this paper finds that in previous studies,the research on the investment risk of the host country is more limited to the analysis of the investment environment and environmental risk of the host country,which does not reflect the impact of the investment risk of the host country on China's FOREIGN direct investment,nor does it make any further analysis of the investment environment in the five Central Asian countries.to explore the impact of investment risks on China's OFDI in the five Central Asian countries.On this basis,this paper uses the annual data from 2003 to 2018 to conduct a study to analyze the investment risk situation of the five Central Asian countries and discuss how the investment risk of the five Central Asian countries affects China's investment in the five Central Asian countries.On the basis of clarifying the background and significance of this paper,this paper summarizes the relevant research on China's foreign direct investment.After combing through the previous research,it is found that investment risk can be divided into two categories of political risk and economic risk.A comprehensive analysis of the two types of investment risks will reveal that both risks will have an impact on China's OFDI selection.Then this paper collates the relevant theories,combines the theory,further analyzes the investment risks of the five Central Asian countries,uses factor analysis,analyzes the investment risks of the five Central Asian countries from both political risk and environmental risk,and gives relevant policy recommendations according to the investment risk situation.
