Research On The Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of The Rate Of Return Of Internet Monetary Fund In China

In 2013,Tianhong Fund launched Yu'ebao,which laid the foundation for the rise of Internet money funds.On this basis,various Internet money funds followed one after another,and the scale was rapidly expanded.In the early stage of the development of the Internet Monetary Fund,it attracted a large number of investors because of its high yield,low risk,safety and stability,which greatly promoted the development of China's Internet Monetary Fund.Based on the understanding of the development history of Internet money funds,this article studies the characteristics of Internet money funds' returns and its influencing factors.In terms of the characteristics of the return rate of Internet money funds,this article selects 18 Internet money funds according to the two conditions of fund size and fund establishment time,and calculates the return rate index of Internet money funds through the weighted average method.After the overall change of the situation,a GARCH model was established to quantitatively analyze the characteristics of Internet money fund returns In terms of the factors that influence the rate of return of Internet money funds,starting from the external environment and the characteristics of the fund itself,select the factors that affect the rate of return change,extract the principal component factors through the principal component analysis method,and establish a multiple regression model to analyze the factors' return Impact.Finally,according to the analysis results,corresponding suggestions are made from three aspects:market regulators,fund managers and investors.
