With the rapid development of China's economy,the national living consumption level has been continuously improved,and the sale of fresh goods as a daily consumption of people has a broader market.With the expansion of supermarket chains,the sales share of fresh commodities has been expanding rapidly.However,with the continuous development of the scale of chain supermarkets,the increasing cost of fresh goods in the proportion of sales of fresh goods in logistics,transportation,distribution and store storage sales is relatively high.Fresh goods because of their fresh and perishable characteristics,The rationality of its purchase orders will lead to the loss and deterioration of the quality of the freshness of the goods during transportation and storage and sales after entering the supermarket to receive the goods.Moreover,for the management of fresh commodities,the strength of its purchase,sales and inventory management level is the main factor restricting the development of China's chain supermarkets.In this paper,Beijing Yonghui Supermarket,which features fresh products,is the subject of research.The innovation analysis is focused on the management of fresh goods invoicing,storage and management.On the basis of summarizing the relevant domestic and foreign literatures,the paper analyzes the problems in the management of fresh goods in Beijing Yonghui Supermarket's fresh goods,analyzes them,conducts a study on the combination of ordering,purchasing,sales management and inventory management,and understands consumption from an internal perspective.When the demand of consumers is affected by price and freshness,research on purchase,sales and inventory management is carried out through factors such as order accuracy and pricing rationality.
