Corporate social responsibility refers to the responsibility of enterprises to be responsible for the environment while making profits.With the rapid development of economy,more and more enterprises begain to attach importance to the concept of brand in the market.Enterprises should undertake corresponding social responsibility in order to create a good corporate image optimize the long-term and short-term operating environment of enterprises,and then improve the sustainable development ability of enterprises,and ultimately achieve the goal of maximizing the interests of enterprises.In this paper,the use of gray relational analysis,the characteristics of executives to fulfill csr to sort the impact.The top 5 of the correlation degree in the executive characteristics are Average age of executives,Proportion of male senior executives,Proportion of senior managers with liberal arts background,interdisciplinary background,The proportion of senior managers and the proportion of senior managers in undergraduate courses.According to the research of five kinds of characteristics,the fixed effect regression model is used to further study the influence of Executive education heterogeneity on csr.The empirical results show that companies with executives who get their degree in the major of economics and management can better fulfill Corporate Social Responsibility than other companies.The effect of Corporate Social Responsibility are also reinforced when the first degree and the highest degree of corporate executive are trans-disciplinary.The paper will affect the perf0rmance of csr by ranking the characteristics of executives,more accurately reveals the impact of executives' characteristics on the performance of csr degree.And the paper further studies the impact of Executive education heterogeneity on csr.It verifies the influence of executives' professional background and trans-disciplinary background on csr.The paper makes a more specific characterization of the professional executives and professional changes,education heterogeneity on the impact of csr.Enterises choose executives by controlling the main external factors,which makes the selected executives more inclined to fulfill the csr,it will conducive to the long-term development of enterprises.
