SJF Liquor Enterprise Sorting Operation System Of The Man-machine Value Evaluation Research

Society in the production of highly specialized enterprise,the sorting operation occupy logistics system is the most time and maximum cost.Man-machine system evaluation research is widespread,and to improve human comfort and the logistics operation efficiency,sorting activities to improve the human value of the research is imminent.According to the general principles of the system of value evaluation,value of sorting operation system of the man-machine analysis and evaluation,to strengthen man-machine function,constructing harmonious man-machine relationship to provide theoretical basis and data support,and can improve the operation efficiency of system and guarantee safety,reliability of the system.This article first introduces the sorting operation in the operation of the enterprise is the key factors influencing the efficiency of logistics,introduces the concept of human value to the sorting operation,the finished product to the selected target liquor sorting operation system evaluation,and then the operating system is the specific evaluation research and improvement.In this study,first set up the sorting operation system of the man-machine evaluation index system,then uses the interview method,questionnaire survey method of liquor sorting work the crowd on the index system for community investigation,on the basis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make the man-machine system value evaluation,the evaluation result is based on this operating system for human scale compatibility design,make the person and machine characteristics appropriate coordination,so that they can accurate,convenient,comfortable operation,make the man-machine system to achieve the optimal configuration,improved operator comfort,make the sorting efficiency is greatly improved.
