Since the birth of Internet marketing,it has revolutionized the impact on people's lifestyles.Especially in recent years,network marketing has penetrated into every corner of every industry and every link of the business chain.More and more people are shopping online.Internet marketing is undoubtedly a huge incitement to traditional marketing methods,and its impact is subversive.Faced with the rapid development of network marketing,traditional marketing companies are like sailing against the water.If they do not seek change,they will be abandoned by the times.The new era of marketing test network and offline marketing capabilities,it will become the main growth point of the analytical instrument industry in the future.As an agent of the analytical instrument industry,M Company has no production line itself.It mainly deals with imported products.It is a pure sales company.In recent years,the sales situation has encountered bottlenecks.This paper explains the theory and characteristics of network marketing.In combination with the actual situation of the enterprise,the network marketing strategy of M company under the current situation was studied,and the experience of M company network marketing was summarized.First,the optimization and upgrade of the official website was carried out.Secondly,the labbuy laboratory was established,and the laboratory promotion was carried out.Adopt membership 7usystem.According to the questionnaire analysis of M company's current network marketing problems,it is found that there are four problems in M company.First,the system user experience needs to be strengthened.Second,the network marketing promotion strategy is more traditional.Third,the network operation experience is less.The staffing is insufficient,and the fourth is that inventory management needs to be strengthened.Combined with the marketing environment of M Company,M company proposed targeted optimization measures in terms of customers,network promotion strategies,team building and inventory management.This has great theoretical and practical significance for expanding the company's network marketing business,enhancing the company's network marketing capabilities,and promoting the company's long-term development.It also provides reference for other companies' sales models in the industry.
