Research On Li Xiannian's Agricultural Thought

Agricultural construction is the material guarantee for the development of the country and the nation.It is an important index to measure the level of a country's economic development and plays an important role in the national development strategy.As an early leader of the party,Li Xiannian made important contributions to agricultural construction and agricultural thought.In his long-term financial and economic work,he summarized the experience of agricultural development and formed a series of scientific agricultural construction thoughts,which further enriched Mao Zedong's agricultural thought system,this paper is divided into four parts:The first part analyzes the forming conditions and process of li xiannian's agricultural thought.The forming conditions include theory and practice.Among them,Chinese traditional agricultural thought,Marxist agricultural thought and Mao Zedong's agricultural thought are the theoretical conditions for the formation of li xiannian's agricultural thought.The realistic needs of agricultural development in the early period of the founding of new China,the growing environment of li xiannian himself and the experience summing up in his work are the practical basis for the formation of li xiannian's agricultural thought.Li xiannian's agricultural thought experienced three development periods,including the generation,formation and maturity periods.The second part studies the main contents of Li Xiannian's agricultural thoughts,starting from Li Xiannian's agricultural policy thoughts,agricultural construction thoughts and agricultural management thoughts.In agricultural development,Li Xiannian was able to adhere to the party's relevant agricultural policies and actively do a good job in rural work.He realized that the development of agriculture first to do a good job in food,irrigation and water conservancy construction is also the agricultural development of the top priority.In agricultural management,Li Xiannian creatively proposed to adhere to scientific development and pay attention to rational planning.As a former finance minister,he also strictly controlled the use of agricultural funds.In order to ensure the sustainability of agricultural development,Li Xiannian also proposed in his later years to scientifically manage land,prevent land desertification,and conserve water and soil.The content of Li Xiannian's agricultural thought is the focus of this paper and the value of this thought.The third part summarizes the characteristics of li xiannian's agricultural thought.Using comparative study method,this section will be immortals agricultural thoughts and other leaders when times thought comparison,combining agricultural work experience of the construction of the immortals,extract signatures of immortals agricultural thought,including the theoretical and practical,combining policy and popularity,the combination of systematic and scientific combination and combined the characteristics of periodic and times,this is the difficulty and innovation points of this paper.The fourth part summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of Li Xiannian's agricultural thought.In theory,Li Xiannian's agricultural thought can further enrich Marxist agricultural thought and promote the Sinicization of Marxism and enrich and develop Mao Zedong's agricultural thought to a certain extent.In practice,it has important guiding significance to the current agricultural development,and is conducive to maintaining the basic position of agricultural development and further realizing agricultural modernization.It will help solve the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers and achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.It is conducive to ensuring the people's principal position and giving play to their enthusiasm for building socialism.
