Research On The Causes And Governance Of Financial Fraud In My Country's Listed Companies

With the rapid supervision of the stock market,the financial fraud is more and more frequently and the supervision is enlarging.However,various financial frauds of listed companies emerge in endlessly.The financial frauds and falsifications of listed companies not only cause certain damage to the economic interests of investors,creditors and other accounting information users,but also seriously disrupt the stability and order of the securities market,and even lead to the crisis of public trust in corporate social responsibility and relevant government regulatory authorities.If the financial fraud is not seriously regulated,China's capital market and the majority of small and medium-sized investors will be harmful.This paper takes Letv as an example.Letv is the first IPO listed company in the industry and the first video company to list a shares in China.Its counterfeiting involves several billion yuan of capital,lasts for more than three years,and stakeholders suffer huge losses.Therefore,it is a very representative case of financial fraud.In this paper,through a series of review on the research progress of fraud motivation theory at home and abroad,using various research methods,using fraud factor theory to analyze the fraud means and motivation of Letv.This paper puts forward some governance measures and relevant suggestions to prevent the financial fraud and fraud of listed companies from happening again,and puts forward some measures such as optimizing the equity structure of the company,setting up the audit supervision department,improving the internal and external supervision system,and implementing the accountability system.
